Our founders spent years working inside companies, watching hiring go sideways. Not from carelessness, just a lack of the right process and the right people to guide it. It was a problem they kept running into. Eventually, they stopped waiting for someone else to solve it.
HRPlus started small. One team, one focus: help employers make hiring decisions they could actually stand behind.
Over time, we grew into something more. Today our team includes senior HR professionals, specialist recruiters, and people who have worked across finance, technology, manufacturing, and other industries. They have seen what good hiring looks like, and what it costs when it goes wrong.
We do not just fill roles. We ask hard questions, run a proper process, and only put forward people we would genuinely back ourselves.
